By submitting an application, browsing the website, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

• Be a Canadian resident with valid residency status (citizen, permanent resident, work permit holder, or study permit holder).
• Have a valid Canadian province of residence.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all applications.

We reserve the right to refuse applications or terminate access at our discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Platform Services

CareerManor provides an online platform to:

• Connect job seekers with remote work opportunities.
• Facilitate application submission and candidate matching.
• Provide information about available remote positions.

We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee placement, employment, or income. Compensation figures stated on the platform are indicative estimates and actual earnings may vary based on role, performance, hours worked, and employer terms.

4. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your application.
• Not submit multiple applications using false identities.
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, residency status, or availability.
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
• Notify us promptly if any of your submitted information changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the CareerManor website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of CareerManor and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. No Employment Guarantee

Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of employment. CareerManor does not guarantee:

• That you will be contacted or selected for a role.
• That any stated income ranges will be achieved.
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of positions.

All employment relationships are between you and the relevant employer, not CareerManor.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, CareerManor shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of income, data, or opportunity resulting from reliance on Platform content.
• Actions of third-party employers or hiring partners.
• Technical interruptions, errors, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may link to or use third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp for communication). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party platforms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
